1. Final Sale on Opened or Used Cosmetic Products 

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, all opened, used, tested, or tampered cosmetic products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. 

This policy applies to all beauty products sold by Khytie Beauty, including: 
• Lip & Cheek Tint 
• Lip Liner 

2. Eligible Refunds, Replacements, or Store Credit 

A refund, replacement, or store credit may be considered only if: 
• You received the wrong item 
• Your item arrived damaged 
• Your item arrived defective 
• Your order was missing an item 

To request assistance, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@khytiebeauty.com and include: 
• Full name 
• Order number 
• Clear photos of the product 
• Photos of the shipping box/packaging (if applicable) 
• A brief explanation of the issue 

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

3. Non-Refundable Situations 

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for: 
• Opened or used cosmetic products 
• Shade, color, or finish preference 
• Personal dissatisfaction based on texture or formula preference 
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage 
• Allergic reactions or ingredient sensitivities 
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer 
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier 
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier 
• Minor packaging variations that do not affect product performance 

4. Shade & Product Selection Disclaimer 

We make every effort to display shades and product details as accurately as possible. However: 
• Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear 
• Cosmetic results may vary based on skin tone and undertone 
• Shade preference or mismatch based on customer expectation is not considered a product defect 

For this reason, shade or finish preference does not qualify for a refund. 

5. Ingredient & Allergy Disclaimer 

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase and use. 

Khytie Beauty is not responsible for: 
• Allergic reactions 
• Sensitivities to ingredients 
• Individual skin or lip responses 
• Reactions caused by misuse or improper storage 

We recommend performing a patch test prior to full use, particularly if you have known sensitivities. 

6. Approved Resolution Options 

If a claim is approved, Khytie Beauty may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following: 
• Replacement item 
• Store credit 
• Refund to the original payment method 

We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the specific circumstances. 

7. Refund Processing Time 

If a refund is approved: 
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method 
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution 

If a replacement is approved: 
• Replacements are typically processed within 3–7 business days, subject to product availability 

8. Order Cancellations 

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for fulfillment. 

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. 

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@khytiebeauty.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests once an order is placed. 

9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention 

To protect our business, we reserve the right to limit future purchases, suspend accounts, or deny service in cases involving: 
• Fraudulent chargebacks 
• Repeated abuse of refund claims 
• False missing-item or damage reports 
• Misuse of promotional offers or policies
